From the first call to the first payout.
Working with us has four steps. After that, you only receive the monthly report and payout.

Estimate
We see the apartment and send a written estimate of expected income by month. It is free.

Preparation
We photograph the apartment, write the listing and set prices. If needed, we suggest what to buy or fix.

Renting
We answer guests, welcome them, and clean and change the linen after every stay.

Payout
At the start of each month you get a report with every booking and cost, and the payout to your account.

Who is behind Avalora.
Avalora Solutions LLC is registered in New Jersey, USA, and runs its operations from Belgrade. The company is led by its founder, who personally talks to every owner.

Ask a questionHow much can my apartment earn?
It depends on location, size and season. After seeing the apartment we send a free written estimate by month.
When and how do I get paid?
Once a month, by bank transfer, in EUR or USD. With the payout you receive a statement of every booking and cost.
Who do I sign the contract with?
With Avalora Solutions LLC, a company registered in New Jersey, USA. The contract is in English, and we can also provide a Serbian translation.
Can I still use the apartment myself?
Yes. Block the dates in the shared calendar and we will not take bookings for them.
What if a guest damages something?
We record the apartment with photos after every stay. The damage is claimed from the platform or from the guest’s deposit.
How long is the contract?
The first term is 6 months. After that it continues month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
I live abroad. Is that a problem?
No. Everything is done remotely: the contract, reports and payouts. You only need to hand over the keys once.
Which countries do you work in?
Mainly Serbia, and we take on apartments in other countries outside the US as well. We do not manage properties in the US.
